City tap water per se contains hundreds of harmful chemicals such as Arsenic, disinfecting byproducts, VOC’s and micro plastics linked to serious health issues, including cancer. VOC’s, for instance leaches into your air when running the faucet/shower.

‘Soft’ water from the whole house water treatment is essential, as drinking our filtered ‘hard’ water is the healthiest, with essential minerals (trace elements) from the earth, and pollution filtered OUT.

City, hard water, untreated, requires unnecessary spending on your typical store products (detergents, cleaners, etc) that contain harsh  chemicals that pollute and leave residue on surfaces that stay dirty (and stinky). Also, way under estimated, hard, untreated water penetrates the skin, killing your mitochondria, and leaves residue and soap scum literally everywhere, causing pesky, chronic ”allergies” et al ☠️, And if that wasn't enough, city water is the culprit that causes deterioration to pipes and appliances by a 2X factor.

Also, calling out the in-denial medical misdiagnosis institution (#1 cause of death) and the drug prescription scandal, when in fact, and thanks to scientists like Nobel prize Otto Warburg ( in John Apple’s book, listed below) and his oxidation/inflammation, fermentation/oxygen depletion, metabolic disease discoveries in the 30’s which have led to conclusive data in the wellness puzzle, as the real cause of metabolic disease, albeit NEVER mentioned by the “institutions”.

Two more elephants/factors in the room; [wearing] plastic garments and microplastics that are everywhere, not to mention, in the water, and the emergence(y) of filtering media coming to the market that addresses these forever chemicals that disrupt our metabolism as unintended and non endogenous culprits. And wearing natural and organic fabric is an essential and integral part of the health shield puzzle. The second factor is body alignment through Yoga and such - and barefoot 🦶 shoes. Albeit, you can just ride it out if you’re thriving. 🤣
